Has been a long time since I have updated my journal on here. Since my last post, my website has been through 2 re-designs, and I have just added the most recent one to my gallery.

I am really hoping to get back into doing a lot more art work now. Just failed to find a lot of inspiration and time for a while now. Think I am finally getting back to the point where I am feeling creative... or at least I hope so.

It's been a long time since I have updated my journal, with the last one being about change's I was making to www.paul-manton.co.uk. This post is about to tell you the same thing. At the moment while the new look is under construction you will be greeted with a landing page only informing you of such.

So what are the planned changes going to bring?

• A more dynamic webpage 
• The return of multiple pages (the about page will link to my Portfolio in PDF format still)
• Links to all my social media networks
• The return of my blog; as the pages are making a full return with my all my work on, my blog will be all about blogging outside of art

You may have visited my website and been greeted with a 'coming soon' page with my new logo displayed. The reason for this is that there is going to be some changes made to how www.paul-manton.co.uk functions.

Please see the points below on how my website will work in the future

1) the web address will now have the landing page set to my portfolio site (currently under construction), which will be a single page with some featured work and an option to download my portfolio in PDF format.

2) on the page there will also be links to my blog, twitter, facebook page, deviantart and to contact me.

3) my blog will now function as a folio; so this will still be updated with all my work, and the general updates it usually receives.

I'm hoping to get the portfolio landing page up and running over the next week or so, and hopefully the changes will work out well.

Sorry it's a bit delayed but one has been quite busy over new year.

But I would like say Happy New Year to all my followers. Hopefully this year will see more artistic flow hit me, and I will have plenty of submissions over the year.

Recently I decided to change the look and the way my blog works. Now it is more is more a personal blog for everything and not only my art, but to give people an insight into the person behind the art.
